Students for Sudan has partnered with Haboba’s House to raise funds to rebuild the Braille printing room at Al Noor Institute, a school and home for blind and visually impaired students, so they can keep learning, growing and building independent futures.

Students for Sudan is a group of students raising awareness and funds for communities affected by the war in Sudan. We believe education should never be a casualty of conflict.
By teaming up with Haboba’s House, we are channelling that energy into one clear goal: rebuilding the Braille printing room at Al Noor Institute so blind and visually impaired students in Sudan can keep learning.
Why this matters now
The destruction caused by the war has left the school’s Braille printing room in urgent need of repair. Haboba’s House is raising funds to restore it so students can keep learning.
The Braille printing room is particularly important. It produces educational materials not only for students at the school, but also for visually impaired people across Sudan. Restoring this facility will improve access to learning for countless people beyond the school’s walls.
